The chapter is accepting member applications year-round.
To qualify for membership, in alignment with international qualifications, members and potential members must:
· Be women with at least 5 years of professional experience who demonstrate achievement, leadership, and accomplished stature in the food, beverage, nutrition, or hospitality industry.
· Support the Les Dames d’Escoffier International Mission, Vision and Basic Values.
· Meet the ethical standards in the Code of Ethics and have no undisclosed conflict of interest associated with their membership. All members will be expected to sign the conflict of interest disclosure statement.
To stay an ACTIVE member in good status, members must earn 100 member points in the categories of leadership, attendance and engagement. Points are accrued quarterly. Those not able to earn enough points will become Sustainer members. A full listing of membership points can be downloaded here.

You may purchase an apron at the meeting with cash or check. Our order will be placed on January 9, and aprons will be available for pick up at Ms. Rose's.
